My INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE @ Aavanor System

Hi Guys..!! On December 5th, 2009 I attended the Aavanor System's FINAL ROUND.... I don know How the things going to work, Lets c my Fate...!!

Oh.. This is not the thing i wanna discuss wit U...

I have some tips abt the AAVANOR SYSTEM interview, I don know i'm a right guy 2 tel abt it. But I wish do it.

Here we go,

There are 3 rounds of interview,

1. APTITUDE TEST

2. HR/TECH INTERVIEW

3. PRACTICAL TEST

Before tat u wanna register with the company in person on the day of interview ( I believe they r conducting interviews in most of the weekends.)

Alright, Now back to the business... Wats spl in Each & Every round... Let me say u in detail..

1. APTITUDE TEST

Actually nothing special in this round... No R.S Agarwal here...

Just Checking your Presence of Mind. Like

# Which is the ODD one...???

# Wat comes next in this PICTURE..??

# Reading Comprehension...

# Some meanings of English words like GRE words..

Tats it... If u got Cleared u'll get a mail from them.. Unfortunly A Regular Loser (Me) did it...

2. HR/TECH INTERVIEW

I expected a tough HR cum TECH interview on tat day.. But it wasnt...

HR INTERVIEW: Abt my personal information, Study, Family, Education Details, Just Checking your Communication Skills...

TECH INTERVIEW: HR asked me a question which i didnt expect @ tat time. 'Tel me abt ur Final Project ?'

Couple of seconds I dont know wat 2 say.. Since the most easiest question(we ever like tat). Started from my project title there are lot of blah... blahs...

Abt OOPS Concept... I started my script CLASS,OBJECTS,ENCAPSULATION etc, etc.,

Finally HR said If you got selected u'll receive a mail.. Again My INBOX got a mail from AAVANOR stating that I got SHORTLISTED...

There comes the Final round,

3. PRACTICAL TEST

Wat is it..??? Named as Practical test..?? I don know b4 abt tat.. So just started to prepare abt the regular .NET questions..

Things didnt went the way as b4...

It is a 3 hours test (Dont U imagine tat)

Only programming..

U'll be allocated a individual system & a program output format will b given to you in a pdf with some instructions & conditions... U wanna Finish tat application...

I got a program which is related to Database SQL... ADD, FIND, UPDATE & EDIT the records

( Dont ask me whether U finished the test & Completed the program ;(... )

But it is pretty easy.. We don need 3 hrs... But it is more than enough... If you got Cleared in this round U R APPOINTED
