1)Managers


Qualification: Engineers/ Graduates in any discipline preferably with Management qualification.
Age: Around 35 years
Experience: Around 12-15 years in Sales & Marketing of which at least 5 years in a senior position with independent handling of profit centre in a reputed organization, leading a large team.. Exposure to Tyre industry will be an advantage.
Job Requirement

• To plan and implement aggressive sales & marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the profit centre in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. 
• The job entails leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, building customer relationship and seeking business development opportunities for both retail and institutional customers.
• Implementing innovative promotional campaigns, organizing customer meets/ events and training will form essential ingredients of the responsibility.

Salary: 550-600 Omani Riyals

2)Senior Executives/Executives 


Qualification:  Engineers / Diploma / Graduates in any discipline
Age:  Around 30 - 35 years
Experience:  Around 5-7 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization, of which around 2 – 3 years should be in supervisory capacity leading a sales team.  Experience in Tyre industry will be an advantage. 
Good communication / interpersonal skills and pleasing personality essential.

Qualification: SSLC / HSC
