INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FACED

* What is your greatest weakness?

Be careful. Now is not the time to confess a major flaw that would disqualify you from further consideration. Select a weakness that can be interpreted as strength. Be prepared for several follow -up questions:

Why is this a weakness? or What are you doing to improve upon this weakness?

* Why should I hire you?

Focus on what makes you unique. What combination of skills and experience can you offer that no one else can and why should it interest this particular employer?

* What salary are you looking for?

Be sure that you have done your research. At this point, you want to give the employer a salary range that you are comfortable with but that also matches the going rate for this position in this particular industry. Many online resources have salary information. Be sure to adjust for cost of living in your city of choice.

* What are your strengths? Can you give me some examples?

* What are your long-term and short-term goals? How do you plan to achieve your goals?

* What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

* Why do you want to work for us?
